Health psychology is concerned with how physical health affects your emotional state and how psychological factors influence your health. Health problems can stop you in your tracks, and can often be associated with anxiety, depression, or grief. I have experience working with a wide array of chronic and acute illnesses and can teach you how to best manage the psychological factors related to your health issues. With your permission, I work closely with your doctors and medical team for a unique and integrated approach to your overall health.

I am also adept at identifying the root causes of your symptoms and helping you make lasting changes to improve stubborn lifelong patterns.

Spending my career in the healthcare field has helped me recognize the significant overlap between physical health and mental health, and the importance of treating people holistically in terms of mind, body, and spirit.
